FAQ's
Can A System Be installed In my home after it is built? Absolutely. A central
vacuum system can be installed in almost every home. We can install a system in your
home whether or not it is already built.
Will there be damage to my sheetrock during installation? A central vacuum
blends completely into the home. The connections look like an electrical outlet. When
placed correctly you won't even know it's there and there are no repairs to worry
about. The only time there would need to be sheetrock repair is if there was no other
way to access a drop. In those instances we would access the drop through an
inconspicuous area such as a closet.
How is it installed? In a home being built, the piping is installed around the same time
the electricity is being run. It is run through the attic or between floors. After the home is
complete we return to connect the unit and drops and the system is ready to go. In an
existing home we run the piping through the attic and down the walls, connect the unit
and the system is complete. Most installations in existing homes can be completed in one
day.
What will it cost? Systems can begin as low as $1300 for a house up to 2000 square
feet. With a wide variety of different options a system can be designed that meets your
budget and needs. Call us and we will put together a system for you.
